CARE Financial Aid
CARE provides students with a full-time Financial Aid Specialist dedicated to assisting students and parents with financial aid matters. The CARE Financial Aid Specialist is responsible for researching, evaluating, and verifying the amount of financial aid awarded to each student, as well as assisting students with location of financial resources that can aid them in their college education.
The CARE Financial Aid Specialist provides financial aid counseling services to students and parents covering topics such as eligibility, awards (including scholarships, grants, loans, and employment opportunities), budgeting, and other financial management issues. Throughout the year, the CARE Financial Aid Specialist conducts small group financial aid workshops and presentations designed to increase student financial aid awareness. Workshops take place in the CARE Office, the CARE Tutoring & Computer Lab, and other locations across campus.
